Commercial Director

Steve is member of the Global Leadership Team for LexisNexis InterAction and is responsible for driving the successful adoption of our market leading CRM solution across EMEA and APAC. This pivotal role sees him transition from Sales and Marketing Director for LexisNexis Enterprise Solutions where he was responsible for taking a portfolio of legal solutions (including InterAction) to market globally.

He has over 30 years of broad financial, IT, sales and business management experience. He is a qualified accountant and an experienced IT Director – having been part of the senior management team at Toll Holdings, a global transportation and logistics company where he implemented ERP, CRM, Logistics and BI systems.

Prior to LexisNexis, Steve held the position of Executive VP – EMEA at Zap Technology, a company specialising in the development and implementation of Business Intelligence solutions to support Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM systems. In 2008, he migrated from Australia to establish the business in the UK and successfully grew the business within UK and EMEA over the next 7 years. Before this role, he also held other positions in the company including Director for Partner Strategy & Relations and Regional Sales Director for the UK.

Head of Marketing

As the Head of Marketing for EMEA and APAC, Michelle is responsible for strategically developing and executing compelling marketing programmes to generate enthusiasm for LexisNexis InterAction in the region. Supporting the company’s sales effort, this includes generating new leads through creative campaigns across all communications channels to drive positive messages and create a holistic understanding of the product amongst prospects and existing customers.

A key member of the global marketing team, she contributes to the company’s global marketing strategy. A proponent of a value-based approach to the discipline, she develops strategies that deliver ingenious campaigns with a narrative that encapsulates the heart of business and user problems alongside providing realistic and practical solutions.

Michelle has over 20 years’ experience in marketing, almost equally split between the IT and legal sectors. In the legal sector since 2008, she has worked for LexisNexis across its product portfolio including ERP, case and matter management, business intelligence and of course, CRM. Prior to this, she held senior positions in Metastorm (now part of OpenText), Informix Software (now part of IBM), Informatica Software and Lakeview, among others.

Intrigued by the psychology of business and with interest in emerging technology trends, she spends a fair amount of time researching these areas. Michelle is also a weight training, exercise and health enthusiast.

Support Team Leader

Brian leads the UK, EMEA and APAC Support teams. Now in his 12th year at LexisNexis InterAction, he has valuable experience in delivering Support to LexisNexis InterAction customers. Brian originally joined the organisation as a Support Analyst and then took on the Support role for InterAction, before embarking on the current position.
