Steve Zangari

Steve is member of the Global Leadership Team for LexisNexis InterAction and is responsible for driving the successful adoption of our market leading CRM solution across EMEA and APAC. This pivotal role sees him transition from Sales and Marketing Director for LexisNexis Enterprise Solutions where he was responsible for taking a portfolio of legal solutions (including InterAction) to market globally.

He has over 30 years of broad financial, IT, sales and business management experience. He is a qualified accountant and an experienced IT Director – having been part of the senior management team at Toll Holdings, a global transportation and logistics company where he implemented ERP, CRM, Logistics and BI systems.

Prior to LexisNexis, Steve held the position of Executive VP – EMEA at Zap Technology, a company specialising in the development and implementation of Business Intelligence solutions to support Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM systems. In 2008, he migrated from Australia to establish the business in the UK and successfully grew the business within UK and EMEA over the next 7 years. Before this role, he also held other positions in the company including Director for Partner Strategy & Relations and Regional Sales Director for the UK.

Andy Faulkner

Andy is an InterAction consultant with 14 years of experience working both in house at professional service firms and at LexisNexis. He has been involved in 50 client InterAction rollouts, 40 of which were as lead consultant. One of his main focuses is on aligning a firm’s BD and Marketing strategy with CRM. He also specialises in training most aspects of InterAction CRM.

Fiona Jackson

Fiona Jackson has spent over 15 years implementing and working with InterAction in professional services firms, including legal and accountancy. In these in-house roles, supported by InterAction, she managed marketing communications, devised and implemented business development strategies as well as trained and mentored fee earners. She worked closely with internal clients to understand their business processes end-to end and guided them in utilising the 'intelligence' gathered via InterAction to help them be successful at customer relationship management.

Fiona was previously a Client Advisor for five years at LexisNexis Enterprise Solutions; and was often described as "an extension to our business" by her clients. She has now returned to the company to drive an InterAction ‘repositioning’ project for a large London law firm. Fiona is also working with other firms to help them align CRM to wider business development strategies. She specialises in strategic and tactical CRM best practice, and as an expert in devising user adoption strategies, her experience in rolling out and repositioning InterAction as a business tool is proving invaluable to clients.

Fiona is mother to two teenagers, who keep her firmly on her toes. Living in Hertfordshire, she loves walking, is often found obsessing over the latest box set and enjoys all that country pubs have to offer. She also has a spectacular Gin collection of her own. Recently, Fiona has discovered a love for cooking – the varying degrees of success hasn’t stopped her from continuing to giving it a go!

Loreen Jamieson

Loreen's main focus is to provide clients with impartial and objective advice on how to incorporate InterAction into your business. She tries to bring a different perspective on dealing with the many challenges of ensuring user adoption and aligning the system to business planning.

She has worked for a large global law firm implementing InterAction across all offices, so has first-hand experience of dealing with the organisational change brought about by introducing a CRM system, along with the expectations that it can present. Loreen has a deep understanding of technical, process and business issues within a law firm, having worked at all levels to roll out InterAction and manage other Marketing and Business Development Projects over a period of 15 years.

This covered Partners, Lawyers, Secretaries, Senior Marketing and Business Development Managers along with their respective teams.

Mani Nanua

Mani Nanua, Senior Application Consultant at LexisNexis Enterprise Solution, has over 10 years' experience in the CRM space. As part of the Professional Services Application Consulting team, he helps customers to configure Lexis InterAction and implement the solution and associated components to meet their organisational needs. He also conducts training and knowledge transfer sessions to enable customers to optimise the use of InterAction and adhere to best practice methodologies.

Prior to this role, he was CRM Systems Manager at Charles Russell Speechlys LLP. Managing a team to oversee the CRM and the eMarketing functions, he led the amalgamation of the InterAction environments following the merger of Charles Russell and Speechly Bircham. He also drove projects to integrate InterAction with the firm’s practice management system and the rollout of a new integrated eMarketing tool. Before that, Mani has held roles at Tikit and Simmons & Simmons.

Scott Winter has been a member of the LexisNexis team since 2006. Zoe Uddgren-Young

Zoe Uddgren-Young joins us with 10 years' experience in marketing, CRM and project management roles within law firms – first, with DWF and thereafter with BLM. At both firms, Zoe was responsible for the implementation and management of Lexis InterAction; and proudly carried the mantle of an 'InterAction Champion' in the organisations. Prior to these roles, she worked in businesses across industries including banking, not for profit and television.

At LexisNexis Enterprise Solutions, Zoe is now sharing her in-depth knowledge to help clients get the most out of their InterAction application. She is well equipped to guide clients in how best to align business strategy to the use of technology, gain organisation-wide buy-in for CRM and design robust and intuitive processes to facilitate successful adoption of InterAction.
