Application Consultant

Adam is part of the Professional Services Application Consulting team at LexisNexis InterAction. He helps customers to implement and configure InterAction, ensuring that the solution is optimised to meet the specific CRM requirements of the organisation. To facilitate user adoption, Adam conducts training and knowledge transfer sessions, advising on best practice methodologies. He is also often involved in building data integrations and helping with data migrations during the solution implementation process.

Joining LexisNexis as Associate Application Consultant, Adam has been with the company since 2015. Prior to this, he held positions at several organisations including Ernst & Young, Vodafone Egypt and Boot Computers Ltd.

He is a keen traveller, movie buff and loves ‘all things sport’.

With over 16 years of experience in CRM business consulting, training and data management; Andrew helps professional services firms optimise their investment in LexisNexis InterAction. In addition to providing customised, best practice solutions to meet their varied CRM needs, Andrew is responsible for developing InterAction training courses for users. He also tailors training courses for individual client organisations, as needed.

Andy has worked with over 110 LexisNexis clients, of which he led the InterAction roll out for 30 projects.

Prior to LexisNexis, Andrew gained significant InterAction experience over eight years working at several Accountancy and professional services firms.

Outside of work, he is an avid gardener, loves ‘DIY’ and spending quality time with family and friends in his man cave!

Blair is responsible for the overall delivery of InterAction Services, ensuring that clients receive the best experience possible when working with the company.

With over 20 years of experience in the legal sector and the CRM space, Blair is knowledgeable about all aspects of CRM and InterAction, including best practice, training, data management and maintenance.

Prior to this current role at LexisNexis InterAction, he was Principal Consultant at LexisNexis for eight years. Before that, he held positions at Salans (now Dentons) where he was responsible for the firm’s marketing technology across 22 offices; and Bird & Bird.

Blair loves the outdoors, you will find him motorcycling, camping and hiking historic walks in his spare time. Hadrian’s Wall is among his favourite hiking trails. He is also a DIY enthusiast.

With over 14 years of experience in the legal sector, Jermaine has an in-depth understanding of the technology requirements of organisations in this industry. During this time, he has worked with a variety of organisations, including law firms, local government and financial institutions. He began his career in legal in 2005 at Visualfiles Ltd, which subsequently became part of LexisNexis Enterprise Solutions.

With 11 years’ experience in the legal industry, all of which has revolved around LexisNexis InterAction, Mani today helps clients to rollout and embed the solution into their organisations. He trains existing and new clients on the solution to ensure successful adoption of CRM through best practice methodologies.

He specialises in helping firms to re-position InterAction in the organisation to reinvigorate user adoption. He is also called upon by clients for advice on utilising InterAction for GDPR compliance. On the technical side, he advises on everything from technical administration and configuration through to integration with eMarketing solutions.

Mani’s experience spans vendor organisations and law firms, including Tikit, Charles Russell Speechlys and Simons & Simmons.

A thrill-seeker at heart, he skydives, bungee jumps and abseils in his free time. Mani is also a Nottingham Forest Football Club and Marvel and DC Universe fan.
